RSVGPF holds its annual awards, retirement ceremony and dinner

The Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) held its Annual Awards and Retirement Ceremony and Dinner, on Saturday December 13, 2014, at the Police Canteen, in Kingstown.{{more}}

Several police officers, from various divisions and branches within the organisation, were awarded for outstanding work during 2014.

The major awards were copped by sergeant Marilyn Burke, Most Outstanding Officer in the Central Division and Female Officer of the Year, and police constable 735 Rohan Howard, Most Outstanding Officer in the Western Division and Male Officer of the Year.

Remarks were delivered by Commissioner of Police Michael Charles, public relations officer ASP Jonathan Nicholls and chairman of the Police Welfare Association, Inspector Trevor Bailey.
