Plumber out on $15,000 bond for gun, ammo possession

A 25-year-old plumber of Kearton’s Hill appeared in Court last Friday to answer multiple charges including possession of one 9 mm firearm;{{more}} possession of five rounds of 9 mm ammunition without a licence issued under the Firearm Act.

Kevon Nicholls pleaded not guilty and was granted bail in the sum of $15,000, with one surety.

He was required to surrender all travel documents and report to the Barrouallie Police Station once per week.

The matter has been adjourned for hearing in January, 2013.(DD)
