His Excellency Prince Ali, one of the candidates vying for the position of president of FIFA in the upcoming elections, is visiting St Vincent and the Grenadines today.{{more}}

While here, the prince is expected to meet with the president of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Football Federation (SVGFF), Venold Coombs.

Minister of Sports Cecil McKie and other ministers of government have also been invited to the meeting, a release from the SVGFF said.

Prince Ali and his delegation will be staying at the Canouan Resort at Carenage Bay, and will journey to St Vincent for the meeting, which will be held at 5 p.m. today.
