Congratulations to Cecily Balkran who graduated from the Caribbean College of the Bible International with an Associate Degree in Theology, in November 2001, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, in October 2007, with distinctions and honors. Cecily is the daughter of Pastor Christopher and Cecelia King, of Green Hill. She is residing in Trinidad where she is an Assistant Pastor. She is a graduate of the Lodge Village Primary and the Intermediate High School. She has published a book titled “Doctrines for Spiritual Maturity”. Congrats from your husband Gerald, 3 sons, mom, dad, sisters, brothers and the rest of the family. We Love you.
