Canouan shop owner found dead

Jimmy Edwards, a 33-year-old shop owner of Canouan was found dead in the waters of Friendship Bay in Canouan, early Wednesday morning, with blood coming out of his ears.{{more}}

Edwards, who originally hailed from Byrea was missing since Monday after he went swimming and didn’t return. Although he is said to have been ill at the time of his disappearance, police are not ruling out foul play; a post mortem is to be carried out to determine the cause of death. (AC)
