CED unveils US$ 4.6m. five-year strategic plan
The Centre for Enterprise Development Inc. (CED), has unveiled a US$4.64 million five-year strategic plan aimed at strengthening the organisation’s support for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), and contributing to private sector development in St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG).
The plan, which covers the period 2026 to 2030, was presented on Thursday, August 27,2026 during the closing ceremony of the CED Strategic Plan Development Project at the conference room of the Sunset Shores Hotel, Villa. The year-long strategic planning project was funded by the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) and is intended to provide the CED with a clearer framework for its operations and support for entrepreneurs over the next five years.
The new strategic framework is built around four pillars: Entrepreneurship Development and Business Support Services; Access to Finance and Investment Readiness; Ecosystem Strengthening, Partnerships and Policy Advocacy; and Institutional Strengthening for Sustainability.
