Vincymas 2026 – The Great Escape is officially launched
Vincymas, St Vincent and the Grenadines’ premier cultural festival is ready and rearing to go, following the launch on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at the tarmac of the decommissioned E.T Joshua Airport.

The runway-style background and stage were indeed a perfect setting for persons to be ready to land for the great escape in paradise SVG.
Under the theme “The Great Escape”, this year’s festival promises to offer visitors and locals alike just what they need to unwind and escape from the everyday routine of life and just have a blast in “the greatest place on earth”.
Saturday’s launch featured a mix of all the major components of Vincymas, pan, mas, and music, with a special appearance of the Miss SVG 2026 delegates, and, as Chairman of the Carnival Development Corporation (CDC), Ricky Adams puts it, the start on the road to Vincymas 2026.

“We are looking to make Vincymas an experience for all to enjoy; and we started this evening,” Adams stated.
