First, let’s get the nail colours of your choice out and a nail dotting tool. I got my dotting tool at Diamond Girl for less than $5, but you don’t have to buy one; you can use the top of a bobby pin, the top of a common pin or even a toothpick. Once finished with your design, apply your natural top coat and there you have it…polka dots with flare.
