Garth Saunders was a great guy – Class of 1983

On behalf of the alumni of the class of 1983, civil engineering department, University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez (abbreviated RUM in Spanish), I offer our sincere condolences to the family of classmate Garth Saunders.
Garth is remembered as studious, as an collegiate athlete, and as a great guy with a warm smile and pleasant demeanor. We applaud a life well lived and dedicated to public service.
