North Leeward Predators head south to compete in CFU Shield
North Leeward Predators, Premier Division winners of the 2024/2025 St Vincent and the Grenadines Football Federation’s (SVGFF) National Club Championships are seeking to earn a place on the next rung of Caribbean Union Club Football when they compete in the first round of the Caribbean Football Union (CFU) Club Shield, which opens today, Friday, July 24, 2026 in Trinidad and Tobago.
The Predators representative squad to the tournament comprises goal keepers- Samir Bristol; Jadiel Chance; and Allisko Samuel.
The defenders are Terrance Williams; Chanis Frazer; Ronaldo Franklyn; Kishorn Durham; Anthony
Edwards; Javier Chance; Sydroy Bentick; and Alroy Solomon.
The midfield marshals are Diel Spring; Kennija Joseph; Adeen Charles; Dareem Pierre; and Kenyon Lynch.
The strikers are Kirtney Franklyn; Koby Mingot; Deshad Simmons; Gideon Richards; Javon Cato; and Naveed Williams.
The Head of delegation is Dwight Roberts. John Williams is the head coach, with assistant coaches in Caven Bristol and Kevain Small.
Dwight Richards is the team doctor; Denella Creese, the physical trainer; and club representatives in Laura Francois and Bradley Robin.
Predators meet SCSA Eagles of St Maarten in the first round of the CFU Club Shield, from 10:a.m today, July 24, at the Ato Boldon Stadium.
The Club Shield will be contested in a straight knock out format.
Hence, should North Leeward Predators overcome their opponents, the Vincentians will meet SV
Robinhood in the Round of 16.
