Solomon tops VSPL in goal scoring

SOCCER PLAYER TURNED Soca artiste, Azhino Solomon, for the second season in succession, is the leading goal scorer in a national football tournament.

Solomon ended the 2026 Vincy Soccer Premier League (VSPL) as the top marksman with 23 goals.

He continued where he left off from the 2024/2025 Tier Two segment of the National Club Championships when he slammed in 27 goals.

On both occasions, Solomon’s goal scoring prowess was pivotal in System Three winning the respective tournaments. His tally of goals was ahead by four over his nearest rival Koby Mingot of second placed Layou who netted on 19 occasions.

System Three’s Zibeon Cunningham, 11 goals, completed the top three goal scorers in the 2026 VSPL.

Apart from savouring another accolade, Solomon has tried to score additional points in Soca for Vincy-Mas 2026.
