Rain limits play in TBPO Softball Cricket Competition
Three of the five matches in last weekend’s National Lotteries Authority TBPO 20/20 Softball Cricket Competition, saw the teams sharing the points.
Matches on Sunday, May 24, 2026 resulted in no decisions between RS Production Kombat Warriors and Dr Thomas Injectors, although limited play was possible. Also affected was the match between Fairbaine United Old Prink versus Duck Squad United; as also was the fixture that should have featured Dauphine United and AIA Reload.
However on Saturday, the rains held allowing play at the Dauphine Playing Field, permitting Bank of SVG All Stars and Sion Hill Tallawahs to register wins.
All Stars defeated East Kingstown by 108 runs. All Stars posted 172 for 6 in 15 overs. Roderick John made 40, Elton Williams 38, Courtney Mc Dowall 31 not out, and Keyon Boyea 20.
Bowling for East Kingstown, Jarrell Edwards picked up 3 for 26, and Joel Gould had 2 for 17.
East Kingstown’s response was 64 for 6 in their 15 overs, with Kareem Peters and Ian Bushay each scoring 24.
Kellique Samuel was the pick of All Stars’ bowling taking 2 for 3.
Sion Hill Tallawahs won by 78 runs over Older Boys.
