SVG Cycling Union pedals off 2025 calendar

A 24- mile road race last Sunday, February 16, 2025 from the E.T Joshua Centre to Colonarie, finishing at Argyle, got local cyclists on their saddles, as the 2025 calendar of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Cycling Union got going.

Staged in two categories, five cyclists tested their skills of speed and endurance on the hilly terrain of the Windward coast.

When the clock stopped, it was Lucky Antrobus who won Category One in a time of :24.31.05. Zefal Bailey placed second in 1:24.52.10; and Maxim Alvis, was third in 1:36.29.37.

Winning Category Two was Gabriel Doyle, who timed 1: 36.01.39; with Martin Bollers second in 1:44.45.96.

A three -stage race is set for the last weekend in March.
