Keith Joseph nominated in PASO Presidential race

After withdrawing his candidacy of the Panam Sports Organisation( PASO) in 2021, Vincentian, Keith  Joseph, has again been nominated for the post of president.

Voting for the top post, as well as other officers, takes place October 2 and 3, 2024, at the 62nd general assembly of PASO at the CONMEBOL Convention Centre, Paraguay.

Prior to the general assembly, PASO’s executive body will meet at the Gran Bourbon Hotel in Asuncion, on October 1.

Joseph, who is the general secretary of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Olympic Committee, is the current second vice- president of PASO.

Elected as President of the Caribbean Association of National Olympic Committees( CANOC) in November, 2022, Joseph is seeking to add to his long-standing role as President of Team Athletics SVG.
