Vincy Jewels heading to Jean Pierre Under-16 Netball tournament

One of three national netball teams will this coming Tuesday April 2, 2024, leave St. Vincent and the Grenadines for Saint Lucia to compete in the 2024 Caribbean Netball Association’s Jean Pierre Under-16 Netball Championships, April 2 – 10, 2024.

The Under-16 Vincy Jewels team as selected by the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Netball Association comprises: Shakayra Bowens, Kyla Lewis, Phoebe Ferdinand, Amunique Edwards, Azumi Quow, Jueneka Quow, Jedinca Edwards, Keandra Stay, Tahlia James, Afiea Stay, co-captains Kyshanna Alexander, and Kalia Wyllie.

The reserves are Shaunee Williams, Juricia Solomon, and Nadja Williams; with the management team consisting of manager, Maxine Coombs; coach, Maryann Frederick; assistant manager/coach, Akeil Matthews; and Physiotherapist, Javed Marksman.

Also travelling with the team as media liaison is Robertson S. Henry.
