CW Prescod footballers go on goal spree

Jahmarie Layne of the CW Prescod Primary went on a goal spree on Tuesday October 31 in the 2023 St Vincent and the Grenadines Inter Primary School Football Tournament, when his school faced off against the Kingstown Anglican School at the Richmond Hill Playing Field.

Layne found the back of the net six times, with Kishorn Williams and Dejourn Davis each scoring twice, and Pryce Little scoring once to give CW Prescod Primary an 11-0 win.

A hat trick from K.J. Ollivierre gave reigning champions, the Paget Farm Government School a 3-0 win against Lodge Village Government, and Kingstown Prep beat Lowmans Leeward Anglican 2-1, with goals coming twice from the boots of Shaquille Dublin for Kingstown Prep, and Kyle Daniel scored once for Lowmans Leeward.

At the Chilli Playing Field, Langley Park Government beat Sandy Bay Government 3-1, with goals by Martin Shallow, Zavique Nickie and Dwayne Johnson for Langley Park, and Kareem Henry for Sandy Bay.

Andino Haywood scored a hat trick to give Biabou Methodist the win over Park Hill Government. Georgetown Government won against Diamond Government 5-0, with Samarje Martin and Treznol Adams netting twice, and Zorono Lewis netting once, Tourama Government and Fancy Government played to a nil-nil draw, and Lowmans Windward Anglican won by default over South Rivers Methodist.
