Rain disrupts weekend games in Premier Division Cricket
Rain affected the weekend matches in the Premier Division of the National Cricket Tournament resulting in both games being drawn.
At the Sion Hill Playing Field, Flow Rivals took first innings honours in their match against Victors One.
Electing to bat, Victors One were dismissed for 53. Dyke Cato grabbed 4 for 27 and Dean Browne, 3 for 23.
Flow Rivals responded with 87 all out. Cody Horne top scored with 30. Bowling for Victors One, Ray Jordan captured 3 for 12; Donwell Hector 3 for 13; and Luke Wilson 3 for 42.
Batting a second time, Victors One were on 27 without loss from 4 overs when play was called off.
At the Arnos Vale Playing Field, Guardian General Saints took first innings honours from Carlos James, MSDA Julius Anthony Northern Stars.
Saints made 143, Jeremy Haywood top scoring with 55. Bowling for Northern Stars, OJay Matthews scalped 5 for 14, and Ronaldo Franklyn took 4 for 40.
Northern Stars made 142 all out in response with the top score coming from Elron Lewis who made 50.
Geron Wyllie took 4 for 24; Rayon Williams had 3 for 55; and Jeremy Haywood notched 2 for 27. Saints were 11 for 1 when the match ended.
