SVGCA Inc executive returned unopposed

The entire executive of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Cricket Association Inc. was returned unopposed after a Venold Coombs motion was moved and carried to have all the officers continue to serve another two-year tenure.

This, when the association staged its annual general meeting last Saturday at the President’s Suite of the Arnos Vale Playing Field.

Therefore, the executive remains – Dr Kishore Shallow – president; Miles Bascombe – first vice president; Denis Byam – second vice-president, with Samuel Holder – secretary.

Jenry Ollivierre remains as the treasurer, Cleton Burnett – assistant secretary, with Deighton Butler, Roland Wilkinson, Samantha Lynch and Dyke Cato, committee members.

Saturday’s meeting also heard the executive’s report, as well as the audited financial statement.

Additionally, discussions were held on a proposed commercial establishment by the SVGCA Inc. and the presentation of the association’s five-year strategic plan, 2019 to 2024.
