Bank of SVG All Starz reeled off another win on Saturday at the Dauphine Playing Field in the National Lotteries Authority Top Belair Progressive Organization 20/20 Softball Cricket Competition
All Starzâ bowling, led by Kelique Samuelâs 2 for 22, Dwayne Williams, 2 for 31 and Earl Pope, 2 for 41, restricted New Level to 132 for 9 from 20 overs. Rawdon Bentick hit 35 and Deptor Culzac, 24.
Asquith Mapp, 54, pushed All Starz to 133 for 8 in 18.5 overs and a win by two wickets. Deptor Culzac had 2 for 13.
In Saturdayâs first match, Just For the Fun won over Country Meet Town Outa Trouble by 11 runs.
Just For the Fun made 88 for 7 from 12 overs. Jason Jackson hit 31 and Othniel Lewis, 22.
Bowling for Outa Trouble, Richie Richards had 2 for 16 and Deron Strough, 2 for 17.
Outa Trouble could only make 77 for 5 from their 12 overs. Othniel Lewis had 2 for 20, bowling for Just For the Fun.
In other results, Combine Rangers won from Full Click by default, while the match between Challengers and Carib Top Shotters was rained out, with Challengers being 49 for 1 in 5.4 overs and Stingers and Computec Older Boys saw no action because of rain.
