United Survivors win again in Greiggs 10/10 women’s softball
Defending champions of the Hairoun, Sea Operations Nar Fren Dem Greiggs Womenâs 10/10 Competition United Survivors added another win in the latest outing of their 2017 campaign, at the Greiggs Central Playing Field.
United Survivors rushed to 80 for no loss in six overs, as the match was reduced because of rain.
Cordel Jack smashed 60 not out.
Bruce Law Chambers Nar Fren Dem made 29 for 8 from their six overs, as United Survivors won by 51 runs. Shema Wright took 3 for 9.
In the other match, an eight-over affair, Owia bested Sea Operations Nar Fren Dem by six wickets.
Sea Operations Nar Fren Dem made 47 for 8 from their eight overs. Fayanna King scored 17 not out.
Bowling for Owia, Jennisha Hackshaw took 2 for 5 and Vinisha King, 2 for 8.
Owia replied with 48 for 4 in 6.1 overs. Nicalia Nanton led with 14 not out, while Fayanna King had 2 for 12.
