More club coaches added to table tennis fold

Another batch of table tennis club coaches has entered the database of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Table Tennis Association.

Comprising mainly Physical Education teachers and personnel of the Department of Physical Education and Sports, the 37 newly certified coaches are equipped with the knowledge of imparting the skills of the sport to beginners, especially in the school system.{{more}}

The certified club coaches now have the option of taking it to the next level by being part of an upcoming course.

They can get topped up in the knowledge by attending an Olympic Solidarity Level One course, February 19, 20 and 21 at the St Vincent Grammar School auditorium.

And, the 37 club coaches are critical to next month’s happening, as the hosting of the course is dependent on the number of participants registering.

This was stated by the St Vincent and the Grenadines Table Tennis Association, as it released its 2016 calendar last week.
