SVGTTA to hold two-day table tennis certification course

A two-day table tennis certification course will be held tomorrow and Thursday for teachers.

The SVG Table Tennis Association (SVGTTA) is hosting the course, which takes place at the St Vincent Grammar School Hall in Kingstown.

Physical education teachers and sports teachers from a number of selected primary and secondary schools are expected attend.{{more}}

Sessions will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day and would be conducted by ITTF expert Georg Silberschmits of Switzerland.

This initiative forms part of the SVGTTA’s three-month Olympic Solidarity programme, as it relates to the development of a sporting structure under the National Olympic Committee.(RT)
