A release from Columbus said recently they had signed an exclusive deal with SportsMax to bring the World Cup action to St Vincent and the Grenadines.
âIn collaboration with the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission, customers who already have access to all 64 World Cup matches via the Internet, will now, in addition, be able to view these matches free of charge on cable channels 200 and 201,â the release, dated June 18, said.
âWe want our customers to know that weâve listened and are pleased to honour their request so that they can watch all of the games free of charge on any platform. Columbusâ superior video offering and fastest broadband speeds will allow customers to enjoy a high quality viewing experience,â explained Christopher Gordon, country manager.
Gordon added that Columbus will credit the accounts of those customers who have already paid for their subscription in the next billing cycle.
