Canouan Kids Soccer Team receives contribution

The Kids Soccer team based in Canouan will travel to St Vincent to participate in a weekend of activities to provide them with the experience of playing with soccer teams on the mainland. During this time, they will also take part in a church ceremony and explore historical sites around the island.{{more}}

On September 10, Canouan Resorts Development Holdings contributed EC$4,000 towards the cost of the trip. Maridonna Burgin, CRDH Public Relations officer stated that it is the company’s hope that the excursion is both successful and a great learning experience for the Kids Soccer Team. In response coach Akil and the executive members thankfully accepted the cheque on the participants’ behalf and promised to make the experience memorable and worthwhile.
