OLA Boutique Radcliffe smothers Victors Two

Defending RBTT Premier Division Cricket champions OLA Boutique Radcliffe redeemed themselves last weekend with an innings and 84 run win over Victors Two at Arnos Vale One.{{more}}

Radcliffe posted 286 for 6 declared. Drumo Toney slammed 133 and Lindon James cracked 84.

Jenry Ollivierre 2 for 36 and Kevin Abraham 2 for 50, bowled for Victors Two, who responded with 107. Afram Byam topscored with 35. Mahlon John 4 for 19, Drumo Toney 2 for 7 and Dyke Cato 2 for 20, shared the wickets for Radcliffe.

Batting a second time, Victors Two was dismissed for 95. Dyke Cato bagged 4 for 23 and Mahlon John 4 for 26.

NLA First Division

In the National Lotteries Authority (NLA) First Division, Unique Warriors toppled Radcliffe Too at the North Union Playing Field.

Radcliffe Too made 55. Leon Samuel snared 5 for 23 and Augustine Bentick 3 for 21, bowling for Unique Warriors.

Harley Skerritt then slammed 151 not out and Bill Edwards 63, as Unique Warriors posted 286 for 6 declared.

Samuel Mc Millan 2 for 67 and Kamon Greene 2 for 68, bowling for Radcliffe Too.

In their second innings, Radcliffe Too scored 91. Samuel Byam picked up 3 for 30 and Joe Horne 2 for 2, as Unique Warriors recorded an innings and a 146-run triumph.

At the London Playing Field, Owia Stars beat Smashers by eight wickets.

Ronald Scott made his second consecutive century, 103, to lead Smashers to 180. Razine Browne had 4 for 44 and Desron Lavia picked up 2 for 38.

Owia replied with 139. Desron Lavia scored 43, Marvin Harry 5 for 51 and Courtney Joyette 4 for 21.

Batting a second time, Smashers made 86. Razine Browne snapped up 5 for 51 and Braxie Browne 3 for 34.

Set 128 to win, Owia reached 129 for 2. Shawn Browne struck 54 and Asron Lavia 50. Marvin Harry got both wickets for the cost of 40 runs.

The other match between ASCO and Neil Williams Academy, intended for the Buccament Bay Playing Field, saw ASCO winning by default to go further ahead in the title race. (RT)
