Phillips is Mr Bermuda

Former Vincentian policeman and muscle king Garwin Phillips is wearing a new crown in Bermuda.{{more}} Phillips won both the Men’s Best Poser and Men’s Heavyweight titles as he muscled his way to the big prize of Mr. Bermuda when the Bermuda Body Building Federation held its 24th Night of Champions at the Ruth Seaton James Auditorium, Saturday, August 21.

In the Men’s Bodybuilding category, Phillips, Carlos Tarares, AnTonio Soares, Dwight Richards, Leroy Maxwell, Ja Vaughn Dill, Daniel Degiorgio and Sinclair Trott all took to the stage. Phillips, following some stiff competition from Richards and Dill, eventually triumphed and was crowned Mr. Bermuda.
