System 3 out front in National Football Club Championships

System 3 is galloping out front in the National Lotteries Authority’s National Club Football Championships.

The team last Tuesday night stopped JG & Sons Stingers 2-0 to carry their tally up by three more points.

Goals from Lex Olliver and Akeeno Hazelwood did the trick for the front runners.

System 3’s nearest rival is Avenues, who are on 13 points from five matches. Zodiac FC of Bequia is positioned in the third spot with 12 points from five matches.

Nemwil Hope International and Prospect United are both on 10 points from five and six matches, respectively.

In other recent fixtures, Paradise Investment Greggs defeated Richland Park Pride & Joy two-nil in a First Division match. Rafique McDowald and Ramon Young scored for Greggs while Kelroy Fredrick scored for Pride & Joy.

Also in that division, K & R Strikers edged out Brownstown three goals to two.

Nicholas Ollivierre hit a brace and Kerwin McDowald the other. Cordel Cupid and Shane Williams netted for Brownstown.

Also, BESCO Pastures beat Munich four goals to nil. Winston Charles scored a hattrick, while the other came from Raffique Francis.

Toni Store Jugglers and Edge Solution Camdonia Chelsea played to a two-all draw in the Premier Division. Anthony Guy and Marlo Marshall scored for Toni Store while Christopher Springer scored both goals for Chelsea.

Avenues United defeated Digicel Jebelle FC 2-1, also in the Premier Division. Myron Samuel and Sean James scored for Avenues while Dwight Clifton scored for Jebelle.
