Team Athletics SVG to bring ‘People’s Choice Awards’

Team Athletics St Vincent and the Grenadines has introduced, for the very first time, a People’s Choice segment of its Annual Awards.{{more}}

The Vincentian populace now have an opportunity to vote for the athlete of their choice to be TASVG’s People’s Choice Athlete of the Year. This can be done online at www.svgnoc.org , the official website of the National Olympic Committee and its affiliates.

The website carries the pictures of the athletes and offers an opportunity for anyone to cast his/her vote for the athlete of his/her choice.

Voting can also be done by cutting off the relevant section of the newspaper advertisement that was carried in The News of Friday, 30 November, 2007. This can be sent in by fax to: 485 6412 or dropped off at the Olympic House, Kingstown Park, between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm. It can also be delivered to any member of the TASVG Executive.

Persons wishing to cast their vote must do so by 12 December, 2007.
