‘Excellence Through Teamwork’ still ECGC motto

The East Caribbean Group of Companies (ECGC) opened its doors on September 1, 1977.

Back then, it was known as the East Caribbean Flour Mills and produced just what the name said, flour.

Through hard work and by maintaining quality over a 40-year period, the company has grown from strength to strength and has expanded its reach and products across the region and the world.

What was a flour mill located at the Campden Park industrial estate, is now an exceptionally managed entity that has expanded into the East Caribbean Packaging (1981), East Caribbean

Feeds (1982), East Caribbean Rice

Mills (1988), CARICOM Rice Mills

(1990) and East Caribbean Bottlers Inc (2014).

These businesses come under the ECGC umbrella and are manufacturers of flour, animal feeds, rice, aerated soft drinks and bottled water.

ECGC has always prided itself on its top-quality products and the service it provides to customers both locally, regionally and internationally.

The company operates under the motto, “Excellence Through Teamwork.”
