Administrative Manager Teshorne Caine has responsibility for the company’s largest department. A focused, ambitious and responsible young woman, Teshorne has been with Searchlight for almost 16 years. A graduate of the Bishop’s College Kingstown, Teshorne joined the company as a part-time typist, while still a teenager, and worked her way up the ranks, to the position she now holds.{{more}}

Executive assistant to the CEO, Molicia Charles, has been a member of staff since 2011. An efficient, no-nonsense professional, Molicia assists the CEO with correspondence, coordinates her schedule, helps her prepare for board meetings and conducts research, among a host of other responsibilies.

Nicole Alleyne keeps the company’s accounts. A relatively new addition to the staff, Nicole came on board in June 2014 and has been performing creditably since.

Visitors to Searchlight are usually greeted by either Arisha Pompey or Chelsea Alexander, our two clerk/typists. These two young ladies, with their cheerful personalities, ensure that every person who visits the office leaves feeling better than they came in. Arisha joined the staff in 2012, while Chelsea, Miss “What’s on Fleek” herself, is our newest staff member, having come on board in August 2014.

Our office attendant Samantha Williams-Prince joined the staff just over one year ago.

Our newspaper distribution team also reports to the administrative manager. The team comprises distribution officer Bertram “Casil” Pitt, another veteran of the company; driver Courtney Baptiste, who joined the company in 2010 and part-time workers Kimron “Puppy” Evans and Darren Barker.
