SVG at International Travel Fair in Taipei

St Vincent and the Grenadines was among the first-timers to the International Travel Fair (ITF) held in Taipei, Taiwan from November 17~20 at the Taipei World Trade Center.

Tourism Planner, Faylene Scrubb and Senior Clerk in the Ministry, Annie Nedd attended the event which brought together tourism-related organizations of more than 50 countries/regions from around the world.{{more}}

According to the organizer of the event, the Taiwan Visitors Association (TVA), the number of organizations applying for participation has been surprisingly high this year with over 700 exhibition booths.

The Taipei ITF is a major promotion platform for tourism enterprises that wish to enter the Asian market. Because of the high demand, the Fair has been growing significantly over the last years.
