Kennard King – a client of PSCS for around 10 years

Kennard King is a prolific writer of letters to the editor of local newspapers. He types these letters himself, but there are several services that he obtains from Professional Secretarial and Consultancy Services and has been a client for around 10 years.

“It’s mainly visas for the US, and also services like typing and printing and so on. My first encounter was professional and it was customer friendly, so that’s why I kept on going there, and I also refer other persons there and carry them there.”

King finds the staff to be very helpful “because with my last visa application which they did, the young lady, which is Dennika, she knew where to help, what she was doing and then she was in contact with me through email and updating, and when there were other changes she let me know so I found their service to be very professional and customer friendly.”
