Jenel Butcher ensures customers leave satisfied

It’s an all-female work force at the offices of Professional Secretarial and Consultancy Services (PSCS).

Upon entering the premises you will most likely encounter one of two Front Desk Clerks: Jenel Butcher and Mellaine Abbey.

Customer Service Representative Jenel Butcher, has been with the enterprise for six years and describes her work as “ a great experience”.

Her list of tasks include doing scans, faxes, copying, dealing with emails, typing, cashing, greeting the customer and “ensuring that the customers are left satisfied”.

Of the work environment, she says, “It’s a learning experience; we get to learn new things; you get to expand your knowledge- and there are extensive skillsets”.

At the time she spoke with SEARCHLIGHT a smiling Jenel pointed to a new piece of advanced equipment whose use she was still mastering as she noted the need to keep abreast of the technology. She is keen on ensuring that customers leave feeling happy. And, often a satisfied customer not only indicates their satisfaction with the service provided before leaving the office, “They also bring new customers, because they tend to tell others what we do because we also offer visa services, and that’s something that persons come in and ask about on a daily basis, or they may call to inquire”.

Jenel is confident of having grown professionally during the period of her employment at PSCS.
