PAWI elects new General Executive
The Pentecostal Assemblies of the West Indies (PAWI) has elected a new executive during its 39th General Conference held in Antigua from May 18-22, 2026. This year also saw the hosting of PAWI’s 48th Local District Conference.
The general conference brought together delegates and leaders from across the region for a time of worship, fellowship, strategic planning, and elections, a release from PAWI states.
The general executive comprises Rev’ Sonny Williams as General Bishop; Assistant General Bishop Rev’ Don Hamilton; General Administrator Rev’ Nolan Warner; Executive Director, Church Ministries Rev’ Cheryl Whiteman; and Executive Director, World Missions Rev’ Ricardo Joseph. At the 48th Local District Conference held at the Faith Temple Church in Kingstown, on March 21, 2026, a new district executive was also elected. It comprises:
District Presiding Bishop Rev’ Stephen Ollivierre; Assistant District Bishop Rev’ Keith Graham; District Secretary Rev’ Ezra Cumberbatch; District Treasurer Vilma Ollivierre; District Church Ministries Director Rev’ Carlton Edwards; and District Missions Director Rev’ Brian Dennie.
The Pentecostal Assemblies of the West Indies has extended gratitude to delegates, ministers, churches, and supporters who contributed to what the success of these conferences.
