CED reschedules Customer Service Workshop
THE CENTRE FOR Enterprise Development Inc (CED) has set new dates for its quality customer service workshop that was originally to have been held on May 19 and 20, 2026.
CED said in a release that the workshop will now be held on June 22 and 23, 2026, and interested persons have until Monday, June 1, to register.
Under them theme “Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences”, the workshop, to take place at the conference room of the CED “will benefit customer-facing professionals, team leaders, and anyone committed to enhancing their organization’s service culture”, the release also stated.
“It is designed to equip participants with the skills needed to elevate service standards and build lasting customer relationships.”
The interactive training will cover key areas essential to quality customer service, including core principles of exceptional customer service, effective communication and problem-solving techniques, strategies to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty, and proven methods for handling difficult customers efficiently.
CED noted that quality customer service is a highly demanded area of training that the Centre has provided over the years and has benefitted both the private and public sectors.
