SVG Christian Council elects new executive

The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Christian Council (SVGCC), has elected a new executive committee to head the organisation for the next two years. A release from the Council said at its Annual General meeting on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at the Anglican Pastoral Centre, New Montrose, Bishop Gerard County of the Catholic Church was elected president. The rest of the executive is: Vice President, Rev’d Philbert Delaney, of the Methodist Church; Secretary/Treasurer, Pearlina Baptiste; the Rt Rev’d C.

Leopold Friday of the Anglican Church, is the outgoing President.

Apart from election of the executive, the meeting of the Council also examined the Financial reports.
