Police seeking person of interest in murder investigation

The Royal Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force is seeking the assistance of the public in locating Douglas Baptiste who is a person of interest in an ongoing murder investigation.

The Force released a notice today, Tuesday August 20, asking Baptiste to come forward to speak with police as soon as possible as it is believed he may have information that could assist with the investigation.

Baptiste is a labourer from the community of Greiggs. He is slim built, five feet nine inches in height, of brown complexion and has tattoos on his hands and chest. Baptiste has brown eyes and a narrow face.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Baptiste is asked to contact the Calliaqua Police Station at 1-784-458-4200, the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) at 1784-457-1211 ext 4837,4856; or call 999/911 or any police station. All information would be treated confidentially.
