Digicel SVG gives customers more this summer
Press Release
July 19, 2022

Digicel SVG gives customers more this summer

DIGICEL IS heating things up in St Vincent and the Grenadines for the summer with more speed, more reliability, more value, more coverage and more rewards for customers island-wide.

Brenda Barbour- Charles, CEO of Digicel St Vincent said in a release issued July 15: “We are emerging as the mobile and digital operator of choice in St Vincent and the Grenadines. Our customers have spoken and we are committed to offering MORE value, MORE savings, MORE reliability and even MORE rewards. In keeping with our customer promises, we always act on our customers’ feedback and reward them for being part of the Digicel family; so this summer, customers across St.Vincent and the Grenadines can look out for more from Digicel and Digicel+.That means more giveaways, more value, more talk, more data and more savings with Digicel.”

The release said over the years, Digicel has invested millions to keep Vincentians across the country connected to the people and things they love most. New and existing Digicel and Digicel+ customers stand to benefit this summer when they activate any Prime Bundle, switch to Digicel, sign up for Digicel+ and/or pay their postpaid bill on time in full.

Barbour- Charles continued: “We’re all about meeting customers where they are and giving them what they want.We are always listening to customers in order to determine how best to direct our energy. Vincentians say they want more talk, more data, and more value, so we’ve revamped our Prime Bundles that have unlimited calls and text messages plus

more data, giving customers more value for money with Digicel, as well as other value-driven plans starting as low as $5.”

In addition to offering value from a customer standpoint, over the next few weeks, Digicel will also be popping up in communities across the country to give back to the people of St.Vincent and the Grenadines in a number of different ways. Customers can follow along as Digicel paints the town red via its social media pages.

Brenda Barbour-Charles added, “We believe that as we grow, so too must the communities around us and we’re looking forward to going around the country, meeting and greeting Vincentians, getting to know some of our customers face to face and working with them to create a world where no one gets left behind.”

Offering simply more, customers will have the opportunity to win exciting cash prizes, grocery vouchers, free gas, as well as be eligible for their share of the grand prize draw of $20,000. It’s time to get MORE in St.Vincent and the Grenadines with Digicel.
