Soca Monarch semifinals postponed to Monday, June 27
The Carnival Development Corporation (CDC) has postponed the Royal Rumble (Soca Monarch Semifinals) until tomorrow, Monday 27th June 2022.
A release from Ashford Wood, Chief Executive Officer of the CDC said: “Based on discussions with the MET Office of SVG, the Carnival Development Corporation (CDC) has been advised that the pattern of showers and thunderstorms is expected to continue for the rest of the evening.
“As a result, a decision has been taken to postpone the Royal Rumble (Soca Monarch Semifinals) until tomorrow, Monday 27th June 2022. The venue and show time remain the same.
“We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.”
