Dionne John, Colvin Harry did great coverage of recent official visits to SVG

EDITOR: St Vincent and the Grenadines welcomed the President of India, His Excellency Shri Ram Nath Kovind and his wife and a 150-strong delegation to our shores from May 18 to 20, 2022. This official visit was carried live on NBC radio and VC3 networks.

I wish to highlight and compliment Ms Dionne John and Mr Colvin Harry of the National Broadcasting Corporation on the high quality of their broadcasts. This professionalism was also displayed during the recent royal visit of Prince Edward and the Countess of Wessex.

Both Ms John and Mr Harry were well prepared to carry the proceedings of the various activities. Their commentaries showed that attention was paid to detail and that they researched relevant information so as to be in a position to speak authoritatively on important themes and issues regarding SVG and India’s diplomatic and historical relations.
