Pleased with the improvement, keep it going!

Editor: A true leader is one who is willing to listen and does not think that he knows it all. On November 12th, 2013 I wrote an article about the poor customer service I received from a clerk at a business place. Well let me congratulate the management of E. D. Layne & Sons for taking me seriously and doing something about it.{{more}} Let me single out Mr Wayne Alexander, the CEO of E. D. Layne & Sons, for being a man of true character. Sir, you are one of a kind in such a position who would be so humble and would take complaints objectively. After that encounter I went back to shop at Laynes Hardware and found the staff there very professional in their approach to customers.

As the caption states, I am pleased with the improvement, but please keep it going. Great job sir, I promised you that I will continue to shop at your establishment and will be a man to my word. I will also encourage others to shop at E. D. Layne & Sons. On behalf of my wife and myself, let me extend Seasons Greetings to you and your staff and wish you true success for the coming year. Before I conclude, let me leave a word of wisdom from the book of Proverbs, chapter 3: verses 5-6: “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy paths.”
