Is this the national bird?

Editor: I guess many of us, if not all of us, have a copy of the latest telephone directory. We may or may not observe carefully the picture that is placed on the front cover of the telephone directory.{{more}}

Is the picture a true representation of the national bird? It does not have the real colours and so looks like another bird. It is rather unfortunate that the real national bird in its full representation was not placed there, for it could have really sold this country and its national bird very well.

St.Vincent and the Grenadines is a beautiful place. A nice place for tourism. But we need to sell our country in the right way. As a people we need to be patriotic, and let us live together as one, with love in our hearts for each other.

It is hoped that in the future care would be taken to ensure that what is published would turn out to be a true representation of SVG and that our country is properly marketed. Thank you.
