Toronto Vincies to meet Sunday, February 22

Dear Members & Friends,

This is to remind you of the general membership meeting of The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Association of Toronto scheduled for Sunday, February 22, 2009.

The meeting will be held at the Northwood Community Centre, 15 Clubhouse Court Main Hall, North York (Keele & Sheppard area) between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.{{more}}

The evening’s agenda will be as follows:

1. Prayer

2. Introduction and brief update

3. Finalization of the AGM election process

(officiated by Consul General S. Phillips)

4. Presentation of 2009 Executive

5. Interactive black history session, “we and our genealogy” … You will have an opportunity to briefly share information about your known relatives and ancestors.

6. Refreshments

Members are asked to encourage family and friends to join us and become active members participating in the activities of the Association.

Attending this meeting will provide you with a brief update on the status of your Association.
