SVG moving under mature parliamentarian

After three years we can all say SVG Moving.
After seeing a great increase of visitors, after hearing all the negative talk about tourism decline by the Leader of the Opposition, we can all see it is a no-ball by the man. We can see the cleanest of the capital. No blocking of drains whenever rain falls. Education is now reaching both the rich and poor. {{more}}
Another no-ball: We are now seeing Caribbean Single Market and Economy will be upon us by 2005. No-ball. We also see the local government will be in our state soon.
