Farmer to answer criminal assault charge in Court tomorrow
A 20-year-old farmer of Fitz Hughes, who has been charged with the offence of criminal assault, will appear at the Magistrate’s Court in Chateaubelair to answer the charge.
In a release, the Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) said 20-year-old Juliet Patterson, was arrested and charged on September 4,2026 for allegedly assaulting a 21-year-old farmer also of Fitz Hughes by pointing a black gun at him with the intent to cause bodily harm.
The offence is alleged to have been committed in Fitz Hughes on March 11, 2026.
Patterson was granted station bail in the sum of EC $2,000 with one surety, and is expected to appear at the Chateaubeliar Magistrate Court on September 16, 2026 to answer the charge.
