Groups impress at Certificate Leadership Course
The output of the seven groups that were represented at a four-day Certificate Leadership Course(CLC) have been highly commended.
The participants’ forward thinking and interest in their respective communities were highlighted by key personnel who oversaw the course that ran from June 3 to 6, 2026, at Frenches House, Kingstown.
Ytannia Wiggins, one of the facilitators commended the participants highly.
“It was extremely engaging from the perspective that we had a number of persons who didn’t necessarily understand the concept of ‘Sport For All’ and how it related to them, but at the end of the fourth day, their ideas were aligned to Sport For All initiatives”, Wiggins underscored.
Wiggins also praised the groups for their clear vision of what is needed in their communities.
“As a facilitator of the Certified Leadership Course, this was only part one and the results are very encouraging; the projects that were pitched for the participants are the essence of what are really needed within the communities,” Wiggins said.
