Imitation firearm and bullets cost man $5,800
AN IMITATION FIREARM which was loaded with three rounds of live .9-millimeter bullets has landed Kashif Gabriel with a combined fine of EC$5,800.
On Tuesday, April 21, 2026 Gabriel, a 35-yearold supervisor of Green Hill, pleaded guilty, that on March 1, 2026, he had in his possession one GAP semi-automatic 9-mm pistol (imitation), serial number unknown, without a licence issued under the Firearms Act.
He also pleaded guilty that on the same date, in Paul’s Avenue, he had in his possession three rounds of 9-mm ammunition, without a licence issued under the Firearms Act.
