Edinboro man jailed on cocaine, grievous bodily harm charges
A MANWHO KNOCKED DOWN a police officer with a car in August 2024 and was minutes later caught with 11 kilograms of cocaine was jailed for 41 months on the cocaine charge and 12 months on a grievous bodily harm charge.
Julian Moore, of Edinboro, who was on EC$60,000 bail before being handed the consecutive jail sentences on Thursday, April 16,2026, was found guilty at the Serious Offences Court, that on August 17,2024 in Kingstown, he:
- had in his possession 11,054 grammes of cocaine for the purpose of drug trafficking;
- had in his possession 11,054 grammes of cocaine with intent to supply it to another; and
- unlawfully and maliciously inflicted grievous bodily harm on Cornel Williams, of Redemption Sharpes.
