NSPD says thanks and looks forward for continued assistance
VICE PRESIDENT OF the National Society for Persons with Disabilities (NSPD),Terrance Davis has expressed gratitude for all the donations that the organisation has received, and is encouraging the general public to offer more assistance to the organisation so that members can have full access to a range of resources.
Davis’ comments followed an open day event, where members of the organisation showcased their work in arts and crafts in honour of International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
Davis told SEARCHLIGHT that his role has been a journey of continuous learning.
“It has been a journey of definitely fun, and sometimes of frustration but all in all, it is always worth the while to help with persons if you can, and to make others’ lives better is definitely the way to go, so I am quite happy.”
