Friday feeling ‘Wind of Change’
Political Leader of the New Democratic Party (NDP), Dr Godwin Friday, is sensing a “wind of change” ahead of the upcoming general elections in St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) due this year.
He referred to this change on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at the opening of the party’s West St George Constituency office in Belair and the launch of their candidate for that constituency.
Explaining that the party’s torch bearer for West St George, Kashchaka Cupid is part of the NDP’s dream team, Dr Friday said “there is a wind of change blowing across this country.”
“There is the fresh breeze, the fragrant breeze that this New Democratic Party represents.”
The NDP leader said his party is campaigning with the hope and expectation that the people of this country will understand what the NDP is about.
“The wind of change that is blowing, let us make it stronger, and keep it sustained, by supporting our local candidates.”
